All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Your order will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
We accept payment methods as listed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched. We use secure, encrypted payment processing and do not store your card details.
6. Orders & Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We will make every effort to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shanell is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
